Selling my mother's home and quickly was a very nervous and upsetting experience. So lucky to have met Brian Williamson, he was easy to talk to from the moment I met him and helped me through the whole experience. It all happened so fast, without any problems, and he was always there if I needed him. So grateful for all his help as well as his team. I was able to do what I thought I could not.

My wife and I had been looking to purchase land to build our dream home for 1 1/2 years. Brian Williamson was patient and consistent with our search. He started out asking preferences and details, and was super flexible when it came to viewing homes and maximizing time in doing so since we had a 1 1/2 year old with us a few times. He would even help keep our son entertained while we looked around. In the end, he was there from the initial start to the Closing Documents and walkthroughs, and came with our family to the signing. He played an integral part in us getting the house of our dreams, somewhere our son can grow and family can visit, and we are forever thankful!!!

The process was very stressful (not because of Brian), but because an out of State buyer that wasn't worried about "details", or deadlines to do things. Brian kept everything in perspective, and understood how these things can stress sellers/buyers. I called Brian probably 20 times throughout the process, and never got his voicemail one time, so that should say something about his work habits. I'd recommend him to my worst enemy. Brian is an enthusiastic and attentive individual. From the first point of contact to after closing, Brian was supportive and always made sure we were aware of how everything was progressing with the house purchase. Also, since he was acting as the facilitator for this purchase, he was able to keep the best interest for both the seller and buyer. He really is a great agent!

Brian Williamson is one of the best real estate agents I have ever dealt with. He was so on hands through the entire process. He made sure to walk through my property to let me know what needed to be repaired and gave me some great tips on staging my home. Brian is one of the best agents because it shows that he care and loves what he does. He has the passion for what he does and it shows. I could not have asked for a better person to be in my corner doing the entire process. When I say from the beginning to the end, I mean exactly that. He kept me sane dealing with my mortgage lender and he emailed them constantly for updates and made sure they were at the top of their game in regards to getting all paperwork in, in a timely manner. He was more than an agent during this time. He was a friend, a confidante and prayer partner. I have told several of my friends about Brian and highly recommend him to anyone buying a home. I am writing with great appreciation for the truly wonderful experience my husband and I had with Brian Williamson from Crye-Leike, who was our real estate agent as we anxiously searched for a new townhouse within our price range in Murfreesboro, TN (moving there from NYC).  We really can’t say enough about how terrific Brian was.  For more than 2 years, he faithfully sent us weekly (and sometimes daily) online information and suggestions for places to consider.So when we finally came to the Nashville area to get serious about finding a new home, we already felt like we knew the area a little, and Brian was amazing.  Because of all his work with us beforehand, he totally understood what we were looking for.  He did not try to pressure us into looking at places that were over our price range.  He was friendly, fun, highly capable, and filled us with confidence that we would find what we were looking for. We soon fell in love with a brand new townhouse Brian showed us, and he helped us make an offer and a down payment the very next day.  Although new-build property prices are not usually negotiable, Brian still managed to get us a substantial refund at closing, enough to purchase all the extra appliances we will need.  We were so surprised and grateful.  Before meeting Brian, we were dreading the process and worried that in the current crazy Nashville market, we would either not find what we wanted, or would have to make scary overnight decisions and act too fast.  We were definitely not expecting to have such a good time! Brian is a consummate professional who gently guided us the entire way, from visiting possible properties, to wise decisions about the price and financing.  He stayed right on top of everything, and we never had to worry.  And in the meantime, we had a lot of laughs!  He is so nice, and so much fun.  I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to have a potentially traumatic move (we’ve lived in our home in NYC for 40+ years) turn into something so effortless, pleasant, and entertaining. We were conveniently able to do the closing electronically, without traveling back to the area for it, and Brian represented us throughout the process.  He even did the walk-through for us, and we were completely confident that he would take care of everything.  Every bit of advice he gave us was accurate, we got a wonderful price for the townhouse, a refund, and many discount options for appliances, moving vans, and tons of other stuff that we would normally not have access to, all through the Crye-Leike agency connections.We would highly recommend Brian Williamson to anyone wanting to have a great experience buying (or selling) a property.  He was a powerhouse for us.   A huge thank you to Crye-Leike for giving us access to such a terrific salesperson. We were thinking of selling our house and I've known Brian for awhile, so I asked him for help.  He went beyond anything that an agent would do like we had a TON of junk from my dad.  He made sure all was gone and spent his own money to complete the enormous task of getting rid of my dads stuff and was here daily checking on us, not for the house but our well being.
